Board Meetings
Regularly scheduled board meetings occur on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the IOOF Hall. Special or emergency meetings may be called as necessary and will be publicly announced in compliance with the Brown Act.
Who is on the TCCSD board?
TCCSD is governed by a five-member Board that is accountable to the electorate in the same manner as city councils and county boards of supervisors. Directors must be residents of the District and registered voters in Trinity County, and they stand for election every four years. Vacancies are filled according to California Government Code 1780. Director terms begin and expire on the first Friday in December following an election.
Directors receive no compensation or benefits for serving on the TCCSD board. Board staff includes a General Manager and a Secretary/Treasurer. The General Manager is a volunteer who receives no compensation. The Secretary/Treasurer is an independent contractor.
The TCCSD board members (term expiration) are:
- Pat Frost, chair (Dec 2026) – uncontested election
- Martie Mullen, vice-chair (Dec 2028) – uncontested election
- Steve Finley (Dec 2026) – uncontested election
- Kristin Halliday (Dec 2028) – uncontested election
- Drew Rusnak (Dec 2026) – uncontested election
